We invite potential clients to send us inquiries about whether we can help them with their cases and to schedule appointments. However, until we are properly engaged on a case by being retained and by signing a proper representation agreement, we cannot give specific legal advice about pending cases or situations.
We do not intend to create an attorney-client relationship by the use of this question form and potential clients understand that no such relationship is created until we are properly engaged with a written representation agreement defining the scope of the representation and the cost.
